UNDEFENDED DIVORCE
GROUNDS OF SEPARATION On the grounds of separation, Ida Sarah Mary Alison (Mr. V. R. Meredith) petitioned the Supreme Court this morning for divorce of Alexander Alison. The petitioner said she married on April 17, 1911. There were three children. On May 2, 1925, a separation order, still in force, had been made out in her favour. Mr. Justice Reed granted a decree nisi. Petitioner was given custody of the two children now in her care. The respondent was ordered to pay costs on the lower scale.
