On Thursday the report of the Imperial Cables- Wireless Conference will be discussed, and it is expected that the Prime Minister. Mr. Baldwin, will announce that the Government is prepared to accept in,full the recommendations of the conference, provided they are also acceptable to the Dominions. ' . . „ Another Empire question will be raised by Conservative members who desire to call attention to the migration question and the recommendations of the Industrial Transference Board.
