THREE NO BILLS FOUND Of the 17 bills presented for consideration by the grand jury at the opening of the Supreme Court criminal sessions yesterday true bills were found in all except three. No bills were found in the cases of Hira Erai, charged with unlawful carnal knowledge; John Henry Labrum, charged with theft of £lO 10; and Michael Maher, charged with the theft of a pearl necklace. In the case of Philip Thomas Tucker a no bill was returned on a charge of rape, but true bills on each of charges of indecent assault and common assault.
