Quarryman Loses a Finger.—A married man, Frank Attwood, aged 24„ of Horahora, was admitted, to the Waikato Hospital yesterday afternoon suffering from injuries to his left hand. He was engaged in blasting metal ir a creek when the accident occurred The index finger of Mr. Attwood’s left hand has been amputated.
