THIRTEEN ACCEPT

NATIONS AND THE PACT SIGNATURE IN PARIS (United P.A. —By Telegraph — Copyright) (Australian and N.Z. Press Association.) WASHINGTON, Sunday. The Governments of 13 nations, including Japan and Czecho-Slovakia, have now accepted the American, draft treaty for the outlawry of war. The Secretary of State, Mr. F. B. Kellogg, has therefore begun drafting the final Note in the negotiations. This is understood to be an acceptance of the anticipated invitation from France to sign the pact in Paris. Notwithstanding earlier predictions that Mr. Kellogg would not be able to make the trip to the French capital, provisional arrangements are now being made for the ceremony there. It will probably be held on August 2S. The Foreign Ministers from all the other interested countries, except Japan, are expected to attend.
