PYRAMID TALKS
EAST ST. HALL TO-NIGHT Of recent years great interest has been taken in the Egyptian pyramids, the monuments of a past age. Scholars have found remarkable facts about the measurements, and these facts have been the subject of a series of lectures by Mr. A. H. Dallimore. Mr. Dallimore will deliver another of these lectures at the East Street Hall this evening, at 7.45 p.m.
A passport mix-up kept Lya de Putti from taking a dancing tour to Norway. She was forced into the stage in Berlin and was “discovered” by a foreign director. Now she is in Universal Films, her latest being “Midnight Rose,” with Kenneth Harlan.
