“SALLY IN OUR ALLEY” “Sally in Our Alley,” starring Shirley Mason, will b© shown this evening at the Tudor Theatre, Remuera. In “Sally in Our Alley,” Miss Mason plays the role of a poor tenement waif who is adopted by three kindly old bachelors, who are so kind to her that when the opportunity to go and live with a wealthy aunt arrives she hesitates, and at first refuses to go, only to be persuaded by her unselfish guardians that it would be to her advantage to go. But when Sally is told that sh© must put her former guardians and her sweetheart Jimmie Adams (Richard Arlen) out of her life for ever, she balks, and leaves her aunt’s house to return to her former friends.
