Sudden Death.—A verdict of heart failure was returned by the coroner. Mr. J. A. McLean, in regard to the sudden death of Mr, William Herb*- t Bascombe, of Naumal, near Dargavill* Man’s Leg Fractured.—Mr. Harr v Collins, a married man. aged 44, who lives at 3 Dock Street, Freeman's Bay, was admitted to the Auckland Hospital to-day suffering from a fractured leg. .
