Ronald Griggs, the erstwhile Omeo parson who was recenly acquitted of wife-murder, turned up in South Australia, where under a false name he secured a probationary position in the Presbyterian Church, and resided with a former soldier chum whom he met on the French battlefields. The Church learned Grigg’s true name, and the appointment was suddenly terminated. Griggs has now gone to Western Australia.
