Charles Chaplin, whose comedies are known the world over, will be seen again this evening in his latest picture, “The Circus.” which is now being shown at the Britannia Theatre. In “The Circus.” Charlie is seen as a poor tramp basking in the glamour of the circus lights, who is given a job as a handy man. One evening, when the trapeze artist is ill, Charlie tries his hand at the work, and is an instant success. lie is immediately taken on as a permanent hand.
