Avenue, is visiting her parents in the j South Island. Miss Hall-Jones. who has been some weeks in Auckland, is leaving on her return to Wellington. Miss P. Seymour arrived in Auckland yesterday by the Port I-luon from London, and will leave later for Picton. Mr. and Mrs. E. J. Russek, of Kaipara Flats, and Mr. and Mrs. S. B. Henderson, of Wellington, are guests at the Royal. Mrs. Hammond, of Wellington, is at present visiting Auckland and is staying with her mother, Mrs. S. G. Chambers, Seaview Road, Remuera. Mrs. G. Haggitt, of Palmerston North, arrived in Auckland yesterday, en route to Norfolk Island, where she will spend two or three months. Mrs. E. E. Johnston returned to New Zealand yesterday by the Port liuon 1 after an absence of some years from i the Dominion. She left for Wellington ■ by the Limited. I Mrs. A. C. Fraer, Mrs. T. E. Taylor : and Miss Chaplin are leaving Christ- | church next week en route for Auck- ; land, where they will leave for the ' Honolulu Conference. Mrs. IT.
