OLD MAN’S APPEAL TO COURT "I am very sorry, your Honour. Give nie another chance,” said William Cant, alias Wright, who was charged at the Police Court this morning with behaving in an offensive manner while drunk in Queen Street. “How many chances have you had already?” asked Mr. W. R. McKean, S.M. Sub-Inspector McCarthy: He has had 28 up to the present. Cant was fined £2 for being drunk and £4 for the other offence.
