The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Ltd., report: Our fifth monthly sale of rabbit skins was held to-day when good offerings were submitted to a full bench of Southern buyers, exporters and furriers. The sale was notable for the keen bidding for all grades. Prices for summer and autumn sorts were up to threepence higher, while all grades of winters showed an advance of sixpence to ninepenee on the last sales.
