CAR AND VAN COLLIDE CHILD THROWN OUT When a motor-car driven by Mr. A. X. Thomas, of Kaukapakapa, collided with a motor-van owned by J. M. Mennie, Ltd., Mr. Thomas’s son, aged two years, was thrown out of the car and slightly injured. The accident occurred when the car was coming towards the city along the (Jr eat North Hoad and the van coming out of the Point Chevalier Road. No one else either in the car or in the van was hurt, but the front of the car was badly smashed and the steer-ing-gear of the van was put out of order.
