TUDOR, REMUERA
ARGUS AND PICTURES Patrons at the Tudor Theatre. Remuera, last evening, were amazed at the remarkable demonstration provided by “Argus,” a boy with remarkable powers of telepathy. Assisted by his father Argus correctly answered questions concerning articles in the possession of the audience. He will appear again this evening and tomorrow evening. The pictorial side of the programme is headed by the film “Sharpshooters", starring George O’Brien and Lois Moran. Miss Moran interprets the role of a little dancing girl in Morocco who, fascinated by an American sailor, follows him to New York. Of course, she can’t find him there very’ easily and has to take a job as a dancing girl in a cheap cabaret. In this place she has a terrifying series of experiences but manages to live through them all to meet her sailorman in a most dramatic fashion.
