DIXIELAND CABARET

CHARITY BALL TO-NIGHT

To-night is the great night at the Dixieland Cabaret when the Charity Ball will be held. This ball is being organised by the Auckland Jewish Women’s Benevolent Society for funds to relieve distress among the poor of Auckland, and this worthy object should receive full support. In addition, however, the ball will be one of the most enjoyable ever held in Auckland. Numerous cabaret item® have been arranged, a ballet trained and special dances arranged by Miss Gwenneth McNaughton and Aliss Bettina Edwards. Excellent music is promised from the Dixieland newlyformed dance band, and with the renowned Dixieland floor, and comfortable surroundings a thoroughly successful and enjoyable evening is promised.
