Page, S.M., delivered a reserved judgment to-day in the case in which numerous small shops selling tobacco are seeking exemption in, regard to closing hours. Mr. Page, in effect, finds the Legislature does not contemplate wholesale exemptions, and that shops must close where their business would affect other shops. Every case would have to be treated on its merits.
