Grav, the latter wearing a frock ot black lace and georgette. and “ b ?i“ k shawl Ladv Fowlds was in a black lice frock with a shoulder pos> of mauve flowers. After a speechotwelcome and congratulation to the gueats of honour, bv the president. Mrs- way presented Lady Fowlds " uh ' i b of pink and white flowers.
