SICK MAN CUTS THROAT
PAIN TOO MUCH TO BEAR SUICIDE IN WIFE’S PRESENCE (Prom Our Own Correspondent.) CAMBRILGE, To-day. Racked with pain which he was unable to bear any longer, Felix McGarry, aged 63 years, cut his throat in front of his wife yesterday. McGarry had been ill foi’ eight months. He suffered great pain and was confined to his bed for several weeks. Yesterday he asked his wife for his shaving materials, and cut his throat in her presence, saying he could not stand the pain any longer. He leaves a wife and three children. An inquest was held this morning before Mr. F. W. Platts, S.M., who returned a verdict that deceased committed suicide while temporarily insane.
