It is almost unnecessary to mention that the folk in the above picture are Jimmy Godden and Elsie Prince, all ready for the gala performance of “Archie,” which is to open the new St. James Theatre on July 5. This very entertaining couple will be remembered for their delightful work in “No! No! Nanette!” During the coming Auckland season “Sunny” and “Mercenary Mary” will also be played.
