New Regulations Effective Next Sunday CUT THIS OUT FOR FUTURE REFERENCE Section S of the Auckland City By-law No. 3 and Section 2S of the Auckland City By-law No. 4 are repealed, and in lieu thereof the following is enacted: PARKING PROHIBITED BY DAY; NIGHT PARKING NOT RESTRICTED No person shall leave any vehicle unattended between the hours of S a.m. and 6 p.m. of any day in any of the following streets or places: Quay Street from Break wafer Road to Albert Street on the northern side. Customs Streets East and West on the northern side from Gore Street to Albert Street. Fort Street on the northern side from Customs Street to Queen Street. Commerce Street on the eastern side O'Connell Street on the western side. Chancery Street on the southern side. Lome Street on the western side. Victoria Street East on the northern side from Lome Street to Queen Street and Victoria Street West on the northern side from Albert Street to Queen Street. Darby Street on the southern side. Wellesley Street East on the northern side from Lome Street to Queen Street and Wellesley Street West on the northern side from Albert Street to Queen Street. Symonds Street on the eastern side from Karangahape Road to City Road. Albert Street on the eastern side from Customs Street West to Wellesley Street West and on both the eastern and western sides from Customs Street West to Sturdee Street. Courthouse Lane. William Street. Swanson Street from Queen Street to Albert Street. Bowen Avenue. Pitt Street from Grey’s Avenue to Karangahape Road. Liverpool Street. City Road. Wyndham Street on the Northern side. An unnamed Street off the southern side of Quay Street (between Queen Street and Breakwater Roadj, on the western side. Kitchener Place, on the southern side of the low level portion off Lorne Street. Durham Streets East and West Fort Street Lane. Gore Street Lane. High Street. Vulcan Lane. Mills Lane. Market Place. Market Lane. A private roadway between Market Lane and Sturdee Street. On any part of any street which has been appointed a stand for cabs, vans or omnibuses pusuant to the provisions of Section SB6 of “The Auckland City By-law No. 1.” TEN MINUTES PARKING BY DAY; NIGHT PARKING NOT RESTRICTED No person shall leave any vehicle unattended for more than ten minutes at any one time between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. in any of the following streets or places:—■ Quay Street on the southern side from Breakwater Road to Albert Street. Little Queen Street. Customs Streets East and West on the southern side from Gore Street to Albert Street. Fort Street on the southern side from Customs Street East to Queen Street. Commerce Street on the western side. Gore Street. Anzac Avenue from Short Street to Beach Road. Shortland Street from Queen Street to O'Connell Street. O’Connell Street on the eastern side. Chancery Street on the northern side. Lorne Street on the eastern side. Victoria Street East on the southern side between High Street and Queen Street and Victoria Street West on the southern side between Albert Street and Queen Street. Darby Street on the northern side. Wellesley Street East on the southern side between Lorne Street and Queen Street, and Wellesley Street West on the southern side between Albert Street and Queen Street. Symonds Street on the western side from Karangahape Road to City Road and on both the western and eastern sides from East Street to the junction of New North Road and Mount Eden Road. New Nortli Road from the junction of New North Road and Mount Eden Road to Dominion Road. FIFTEEN MINUTES PARKING BY DAY; NIGHT PARKING NOT RESTRICTED No person shall leave any vehicle unattended for more than fifteen minutes at any one time between the hours of S a.m. and 6 p.m. in any of the following streets or places: Albert Street on the western side between Customs Street West and Cook Street, and on the eastern side between Wellesley Street West and Cook Street. Elliott Street. TEN MINUTES DAY PARKING; THIRTY MINUTES NIGHT PARKING No person shall leave any vehicle unattended for more than ten minutes at any one time between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. nor for more than thirty minutes at any one time between the hours of 6 p.m. of any day and 8 a.m. of the following morning in any of the following streets or places: Queen Street on the western side from Quay Street to Myers Street and on the eastern side from Quay Street o Wakefield Street. Karangahape Road from Symnods Street to Howe Street.
