NEW GERMAN CABINET
DR. MUELLER’S QUANDARY (United P.A.—By Telegraph — Copyright) (Australian P.A.—United Service) BERLIN, Saturday. The Social Democrat leader, Dr. Hermann Mueller, has failed to form a grand Coalition owing to the insistence of the People’s Party that a 10,000-ton cruiser must be built and that the Socialists shall not dictate taxation legislation. Consequently he is now endeavouring to form a Coalition Cabinet consisting of Socialists, Democrats and Catholics. He is seeking the cooperation of Herr Stresemann without the latter committing the People’s Party.
