WORKING OUT A SCHEME British Official Wireless Reed. noon. RUGBY, Friday. The Colonial Secretary has selected Sir Walter Riddell, principal of Hertford College, Oxford, to be chairman of the commission to be appointed in Ceylon to work out a scheme for the establishment of the university there. Sir Walter Riddell sails for Ceylon early.
