MOTORMAN HAS NARROW ESCAPE Press Association. WELLINGTON, To-day. A tram bound for Island Bay this morning collided with a motor-lorry backing out of Herald Street- The front of the car was smashed and Motorman Hurley had a narrow escape. but was sent to hospital with nothing worse than cuts and slight concussion.
