IN FANCY DRESS
DANCE AT ST. HELIERS The St. Heliers Tennis Club held its annual dance at St. Heliers Bay last evening, the function taking the form of a masked fancy dress ball. The presentation of trophies "won during the season was made, the following being the winners: Men’s championship singles, Mr. J. Diamond: men's handicap singles, Mr. J. Diamond; mixed handicap doubles, Mr. J. Diamond and Mrs. R. Edmonds; women’s championship singles, Mrs. F. Cooper; women’s handicap singles, Mrs. Needham; women’s handicap doubles. Mrs. F. Cooper and Miss Molly Bradshaw. Among those present were: Miss Neville, Gipsy; Miss St. Clare. The Sun; Miss M. Bradshaw, Poppy; Miss D. Inglis, Carnival: Mrs. J. L. Campbell, 80-Peep; Mrs. Williams. Rainbow. Mr. J. Innis, Jack Tar; Miss Corbett, Harem Girl; Miss M. Wilson, Mixed Doubles; Miss P. Wilson, Carnival; Miss Bradley, Pack of Cards; Miss Helen Williams, Queen of Hearts; Miss Cruickshank, Spanish Senorita; Mr. H. Innis, Lord Nelson; Miss R. Derham, Powder and Patches: Miss Muriel Goldsborough Pierette: Miss Madge Goldsborough. Gipsy Maid; Mr. B. Cooper, Chinaman; Miss D. Young. Russian Bride; Mrs. F.
