FARMER POISONED

DANGEROUSLY ILL NAPIER, Thursday. A farmer from the Wanganui district Mr. Lionel James Donovan, aged 32, was admitted to the Napier Hospital this afternoon, suffering fom poisoning. Mr. Donovan was in Napier on a holiday. His condition to-night had slightly improved, but he is still dangerously ill. It will be some hours before the doctors can say whether or not be will recover.
