(Special to THE SUN) WELLINGTON, To-day. \ CCORDING to rumours in political circles there will be no “as you were,” about the tramway situation after the Transport Commission’s report is presented. It is expected that the report wili cause interesting developments, in contradistinction to the sudden slump of interest and the bitter reflections that were caused by the Water Commissions’ findings. In fact, the recommendations of a Transport Board is reported to be certain, and the main points of interest will be connected with the question of representation, in which the City Council, outside areas, and Government will be concerned.
