CHURCH DANCE
FOR BAZAAR FUNDS St. Alban’s Hall, Dominion Road, presented a gay scene last Thursday evening, when the Sunday school teachers gave a dance to raise funds for the coming bazaar. The hall was prettily decorated with multi-coloured streamers, and the lights were shaded with dainty paper shades. The evening was spent in dancing and competitions. Among those present were: Mrs. Menzies, navy blue satin and floral georgette. Mrs. Wilson, love-in-the-mist blue georgette and silver flower. Mrs. Jepson, Naples blue georgette and silver lace. Mrs. Hulse, black crepe de chine. Mrs. Peterson, blue crepe de chine. Miss Hamlin, Princess Mary blue crepe de chine. Miss V. Connelly, pale green taffeta. Miss J. Menzies, white georgette and lace, and wine shawl. Miss R. Franklin, pale blue crepe de chine and silver lace. Miss D. Menzies, pink georgette and black shawl. Miss J. Parvan, orange crepe de chine. Mrs. Johnson, black velvet and Spanish shawl. Miss M. Kleman, pink lame, and crepe de chine and Spanish shawl. Miss P. Kayes, white beaded georgMiss V. Peterson, black lace over crimson satin, and crimson shawl. Miss E. Truman, black velvet. Miss E. Spitz, silver lame and lace, and white Spanish shawl. Miss E. Rawle, blue satin and silver lace. Miss B. Rapson, jade green taffeta. Mrs. Heywood, orange ring velvet. Miss T. Brame, black georgette and blue shawl. Miss E. Rapson, pale green crepe de chine. Miss S.
