Drunken Motorist Fined. —At the Temuka Magistrate’s Court, Maurice John Hartnett was find £ls for being drunk while in charge of a motor-car. Devonport Fire. —The Devonport Fire Brigade received a call shortly after 4 o’clock yesterday afternoon to No. 5, North Avenue, where a house owned by Mr. L. O’Malley, and occuiped by Mrs. Cameron, was alight. The outbreak was quickly subdued.
