MISSIONARIES SAFE

ANGLICANS IN CHINA REPORT “ALL WELL” CABLE FROM PEKING Press Association. WELLINGTON, To-day. The Anglican Church in New Zealand has 13 of its members serving as missionaries in China, the majority of them working under the Bishop of North China, who has his headquarters at Peking. Owing to the fighting that has been taking place in the vicinity of the Chinese capital very considerable anxiety has been felt concerning them. Their friends and relations will therefore be relieved to learn that the Rev. F. B. Redgrave, general secretary of the New Zealand Anglican Board of Missions, has received a cable from the bishop in Peking dated June 15 stating “all well.”
