TRAWLER ABANDONED
THOMAS BRYAN BREAKS UP LEFT TO UNDERWRITERS Owing to the impossiblity of doing anything further with the trawler Thomas Bryan, wrecked last week near Port Charles, the owners have abandoned the vessel to the underwriters. The owners are Sanford, Ltd., and the underwriters the New Zealand Insurance Company and the Alliance Assurance Company. The vessel has begun to break up, and the bumping on the rocks has put a large hole on the seaward side of the vessel as she lies.
