WHO IS HE?

“KNOX, N.Z. SCULLER” (United P.A. —By Telegraph — Copyright) (Australian Press Association) Reed. 9.10 a.m. VANCOUVER, Fri. Knox, the sculling champion of New Zealand, was entertained by the Vancouver Rowing Club while en route to the Heeney-Tunney fight. The sculler is to reside permanently at Toronto. No sculler named Knox has ever held a New Zealand title; nor is any such person at present prominent in New Zealand rowing or sculling. It looks as though either the cable-man or the Vancouver Rowing Club has been badly ‘had.”
