MR. J. MILLER’S CAREER
Mr. James Miller, who has been appointed to the Magisterial Bench, was born in Otago in 1881. He was educated at the Borough School, Rangiora, Waitaki Boys’ High School, ar Canterbury College. He started n career as a cadet in the Justice partment 28 years ago, and has W long experience in the MagistrateCourt and Supreme Courts in va **®®* parts of New Zealand, having clerk of the Magistrate’s Court at *** nganui, Masterton, Hamilton Auckland, and Registrar of the c preme Court at Hamilton and Chrj B*’ 8 *’ church. He has also been attached the staff of the Magistrate’s Court ‘ Christchurch and Dunedin. Mr. was admitted a solicitor at the B preme Court about 20 years ago-
