“THE THRILLER QUEEN” Kathleen Clifford, old-time vaudeville favourite and film actress, is signed to work at Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer. Ruth Roland, the “thriller queen.*’ is again working in a series of tworeelers of her old thriller type at F. 8.0.
Arline Pretty is signed for some parts at Columbia. Kathlyn Williams has been working for some weeks at M.-G.-M.
