DANCE PARTY
WOMEN’S MOTOR-CYCLE CLUB The first of a series of dances being given by the Ladies’ Progressive Motor- Cycle Club was held in the Orient Hall, Newmarket, on Tuesday evening. The hall was attractively decorated in blue and white, the club’s colours. Among those present were: Miss M. Maher, in pink and green georgette and taffeta. Miss Butland in geranium georgette. Mrs. V. Penny, in cyclamen velvet and white fur. Miss V. Matthews, green georgette and silver lace. Miss W. Munro, blue and silver lace. Miss M. Davie, mauve taffeta and georgette. Mrs. Dray, flame georgette. Miss E. McKerras, blue shot taffeta and silver lace. Miss M. Alloway, white crepe de chine and lace. Miss D. Brady, blue crepe de chine, and silver tissue. . Miss D. Yates, cyclamen chenille georgette. Miss D. Perfect, mauve beaded georgette. Miss P. Munro, old rose velvet. Mrs. Melville, midnight blue crepe de chine and gold lace. Miss Kenyon, black crepe de chine. Miss Jenkin, green beaded georgette. Miss K. Kenyon, lemon crepe de chine. Miss Fountain, black velvet. Miss Waters, apricot taffeta. Miss B. Maher, black georgette and velvet. Miss Tracey, pink velvet. Miss O’Brien, pink taffeta. Miss Randall, cyclamen georgette. Miss Waygood, kingfisher satin and silver lace. Miss C. Milsorn, black georgette. Miss Zenovich, blue satin. Miss Keesing, mauve crepe de chine. Miss Baker, blue taffeta. Miss E. Jenkin, lace over rose satin. Hiss M. Jenkin, cyclamen satin. Miss IT. Crandall, rose georgette. Miss R. Wiseman, pink and white taffeta. Miss L. Cobb, blue and grey satin.
