STABBED WITH SCISSORS

BODY FOUND IN PARK COMMERCIAL TRAVELLER'S DEATH (Special to THE SUN) WELLINGTON, To-day. On his way home through Central Park yesterday afternoon, Mr. J. F. Perry, librarian at the Newtown Library, noticed a man lying in a strange position under a tree. On investigating, he found the man was dead, with the blade of a pair of scissors in his heart.

The dead man was found to be Mr. Richard M. Brewer, a commercial traveller, well known in AVellington and a member of the Wellington Commercial Travellers' Club. For a long time he had been a keen worker in the club’s charitable activities, and was one of its most popular members. Lately his health had been poor.
