British Official Wireless Reed. 10.55 a.m. RUGBY, Tuesday. npHE Prince of Wales to-day unjL veiled at Cardiff the national v.-ar memorial to 35,000 Welshmen. The Prince, who wore his uniform as a colonel of the Welsh Guards, concluded his Inaugural speech with a peroration in Welsh. Fifty thousand persons witnessed the ceremony.
