BOWLING
ANNUAL MEETINGS OTAHUHU CLUB’S GOOD YEAR There was a large attendance of members of the Otahuhu Bowling Club at the club’s annual meeting, held in the pavilion last evening. The annual report stated that there was a total membership of 65. The finances of the club were in a satisfactory condition. Good interest had been maintained in the club competitions. Keen interest was shown in the selection of officers for th© ensuing year, and the elections resulted as follows: President, Mr. H. Everitt; vice-presidents, Messrs. C. P. Downey and W. Feiguson; secretary, Mr. D. Sinclair; assistant secretary, Mr. Morten; treasurer, Mr. W. H. Pinhey; executive committee, Messrs. Sykes, Fearnley, Harper, Ogilvie, Crawford, Cook and th© executive officers; Match Committee, Messrs. Fearnley, Pearce, Cook; Selection Committee, Messrs. A. Murdoch, KL. Lippiatt and Cook; delegates to the centre, Messrs. Everitt and Sinclair; auditor, Mr. A. Murdoch; Wednesday Match Committee, Messrs. Tomes, Crawford and Sykes, and the members of the executive present; coaches, Messrs. Harper, Ferguson and Sykes; umpires, Messrs. Lippiatt, Pearce and Davis.
