OTAHUHU POLICE COURT

FAILURE TO APPEAR When the names of Leonard MeMeehan and Harold McMechan, charged with mischief to a motorvehicle in Otahuhu. were called at tho Otahuhu Police Court this morning, no appearance was made by either of the defendants. Mr. J. H. Luxford. tho presiding magistrate, stated that as it was a criminal case, he refused to carry on with it without the appearance of accused. He stated that an order would be served instructing them to appear at the next sitting of the court, and, failing compliance with the order, a warrant would be issued for their arrest.
