WOMAN’S CLAIM FAILS
In the case heard yesterday, before Mr. J. H. Luxford, S.M., in the Onehunga Police Court, in which Helen Reece claimed £276 19s 6d damages against William Wright for injuries received by tripping over a rope on the launch Te Toa, the plaintiff was non-suited, and no order was made for costs.
