MOTOR-CAR PLUNGES OVER EMBANKMENT
GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL KILLED Press Association. WELLINGTON, To-day. TJFL R. L. C. PHILLIPS, aged 30, a Government valuer, was killed to-day when the car he was driving plunged over a bank alongside Saar Street, Kaiwarra, down to the railway track below. The car was found across the railway line with the dead man face downwards alongside.
