WAGES DISPUTE FIXED
SHIPBUILDING INDUSTRY EMPLOYERS INCREASE BONUS British Official Wirelesm Reed. Noon. RUGBY, Wednesday. The wages dispute in the shipbuilding trade has been settled. The associated employers have consented to an increase in the bonus to the workers, which the unions accepted. The unions agreed to nominate a ‘committee to devise, with the employers’ representatives, a regulation of wage-rates, in accordance with the fluctuation in their industry.
