COMPLIMENT TO PRESS
“I have noticed that the Press of Auckland has a delightful way of dealing with discretion with evidence in these cases. “It is quite apparent that the practice of the papers is to leave innocent people out of reports of court proceedings.” This remark was made this morning in the Supreme Court by Mr. Justice Blair, at the conclusion of a divorce case, in which a certain allegation had been made by the husband.
