DANCE PARTY
A delightful little impromptu dance was held at Miss Phyllis Eady’s home in Domain Drive, Parnell, on Saturday night, when the young hostess was surprised by Miss Mollie Hutchings with a number of young people. The rooms were artistically decorated with autumn foliage, while favours were distributed among the young people during the evening. Miss Phyllis Eady wore a frock of sunset taffeta, and tulle, and Miss Mollie Hutchings was in white taffeta and gold tissue. Among those present were: Miss F. Drier, black ring velvet and silver. Mrs. T. Eady, blue and gold embos.sed georgette. Miss O. Odium, silver tissue and pink georgette. Miss A’Dane, white georgette. Miss M. Crandell, white georgette and silver. Miss R. Taylor, blue taffeta. Miss A. Walker, floral taffeta. Miss E. Foote, gold lace frock. Miss B. Griffiths, pink panne velvet. Miss N. Wilson, pink georgette. Miss M. Hale, black satin. Miss E. Wade, pink georgette. Miss P. Blythe, cream lace. Miss M. Blythe, blue and gold taffeta. Miss B. Bryant, scarlet flowered georgette. Miss E. Grant, gold georgette.
