GUIDED BY CONTROL

Sir, I have always believed in life after death. That belief is inherent in spite of myself and a life experience of trying to quell it; at times for argument’s sake. I am not a Spiritualist. I have attended one Spiritualists’ service in my life, but I admit I am phychic, and I have been guided by my control all my life; especially the past ten years. A power I cannot account for makes me believe that souls live after death and exist in spirit form. Had men and women given more serious thought to things spiritual they would have, ere this, had some definite proof of the spirit’s life after leaving this world. Soon scientists will be compelled to investigate in a broader, more fearless manner, spirit life. Believe me, your so-called civilisation will sink into insignificance in face of a practical, humane system of worldorder, such as must come even if the millennium is to come true. Spirit souls are existent until death in the human frame. That frame P€‘rishes, but your driving-force (spirit) surmounts death and cannot become extinct with death. It finds its course again and lives on a more .spiritual plane to impress its forces in lives. Your high ideals, all good that exists in man, only arise out of spirit forces, without which we would be no different from the animals of the field. ELLEN de COSSEY.
