| CHOCOLATE RAISIN PIE * i v tablespoon cornflour, half £ if) tablespoon cocoa, two table- 9 spoons sugar, two vanilla or grated lemon-rind, one 'ffl cup seeded raisins , two cups mWc. ■ * Mix cornflour, sugar and cocoa; JR warm milk, pour a little on com- O H flour , blend. Bring remainder of jfi ft milk to boiling point, stir in corn- fj, S flour mixture and cook two or M three minutes. Cool, add beaten Jt* M yolks of eggs, raisins and vanilla. W M Line pie-plate with short crust, pour in mixture. Bake about 20 j 8 w minutes in moderate oxen. Beat jjr IS egg-whites stiff, fold m a tea- r ’ $ spoon of sugar, pile on top of A M tart and brown. 4
