FIEND CONFESSES.—A chauffeur, Harold Charles Hoppe, aged 25, who is imployed at Toledo, has confessed to outraging and killing Dorothy Selangowski, the little child who was snatched from her bed, and whose body was left on the porch of her grandfather’s house. The police believe that Hoppe is subject to fits of U.S.
