The going will be soft, so that only horses that can handle heavy ground will be in demand among - betters. To Try Again Winners at the winter meeting at Ellerslie 12 months ago and engaged again on this occasion on opening day next Saturday are Weeding March, Lomint, King Lu, Beau Cavalier, Kamehameha, Royal Form, Master Doon and Tuki. Should Go Well A repetition of her Avondale running would make Restaurant very [ nearly a good thing for a race at Ellerslie during the winter meeting. Restaurant was racing on top of the ground at Avondale, but it is quite likely that she will perform equally well in. the bad ground during the next few davs.
