Valintine, Director-General of Health, and the Napier Hospital Board, to-day, the question of the solarium for Napier, for which an anonymous donor had offered £ 3,000, was discussed. The donor wrote offering the money for another purpose, but a member said that influences had been at work since the first donation was made.
