SUMMER-TIME OPPOSED
NORTHERN FARMERS UNANIMOUS /V UNIVERSAL desire to prevent the reintroduction of Summer Time was expressed by a conference of North Auckland dairy company delegates held at Auckland this morning. There was no discussion upon Mr. Lewis’s (Northern Wairoa) resolution to this effect, the delegates doubtless considering tha*. a unanimous expression by vote was the most convincing indication for their Parliamentary representatives as to how the farmers in the province felt on Mr. Sidey’s Bill.
